Nicole graduated from the University of Ottawa in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. She became certified in acupuncture in 2002 by the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute. In 2018, she became a certified Zero Balancing Practitioner, something she has become very passionate about as it is a full body holistic therapy that balances energy and structure and affects the patient on all levels - mind, body, spirit - in a positive way.
Nicole has spent the majority of her career in Windsor, Ontario where through the years, she has earned the respect of her colleagues and clients alike and is known for her expertise, professionalism, caring sensitivity and positive energy. Nicole lives in Lakeshore, Ontario with her 2 children and in her spare time enjoys traveling, doing yoga, running and meditating, as well as reading books and listening to podcasts about health and wellness, personal and professional development, energy healing and metaphysics.

Christine completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with the Ashiatsu Training Center in Windsor in 2020 and her Child Light Yoga certification in Philadelphia in 2013. She has been the head of the yoga club for kids in her schools since 2009 and has organized many wellness fairs and healing arts events. All of that creative sequencing, spirit of playfulness and energy healing modalities, and art for healing practices have been combined to form a yoga therapy offering. Through her yoga therapy sessions, Christine seeks to help others to heal and thrive by nurturing body, mind and soul using techniques which combine her training and experience to help them feel more refreshed, nourished and balanced.
